Do I have to be in my home state for our online therapy sessions?
Professional regulations require that you be physically located in a state where I am authorized to practice at the time of the appointment. Because of my interjurisdictional authorization, you can maintain your sessions while traveling within any of the 40+ participating states.
Practice Scope & Specialties
-
No. This practice focuses exclusively on individual therapy for adults (18+). This specialization ensures our work remains deeply centered on your personal growth, boundary-setting, and empowered presence.
-
I take a flexible, whole-person approach rather than working from a single model. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT (identifying and shifting thought patterns), ACT (building emotional flexibility and values-based action), mindfulness (strengthening awareness and response), and trauma-informed care (prioritizing safety and context), all integrated within a broader framework tailored to support meaningful, lasting change.
The Investment
-
A standard 53-minute individual therapy session is $225. For clients who require evening, weekend, or priority scheduling (appointments requested within 24 hours), the fee is $300.
-
This is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance directly. This model ensures the highest level of clinical flexibility and privacy for my clients. Upon request, I provide a superbill that you may submit to your provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
A personalized approach that brings together science, self-understanding, and intentional action to support meaningful, lasting change.
Policies & Progress
-
Progress often feels like a greater sense of alignment between who you are and how you live. You may notice fewer "stuck" moments, increased internal steadiness during stress, and a growing sense of self-trust when making decisions.
-
To honor the time reserved specifically for you, I require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $75 fee; same-day cancellations or missed appointments are charged the full session fee.
-
For your privacy and safety, sessions must take place in a private, distraction-free setting. To maintain clinical integrity, sessions cannot be conducted while driving or in public spaces.
-
Email and text are reserved for brief logistics and scheduling only. To protect your confidentiality, clinical or sensitive information is always saved for our secure sessions through Simply Practice portal.
Still Wondering if We’re a Good Fit?
Choosing a therapist is an intuitive process as much as a logical one. If you’ve read through these answers and feel a sense of alignment with my approach, the next step is a brief, no-pressure conversation. You don’t need to have all the answers or be in a state of crisis to reach out—you just need a desire for more clarity and ease in your life.
Telehealth is designed for ongoing growth, not for crisis intervention. If you are in immediate danger, please call or text 988 or 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
